Karol and Sylvestre go towards the Port of Atalaya to reach the Madre de Dios River. When they arrive at the river they already face a great storm. On the way to Manu Park, they encounter several alligators and various wildlife.

In Mato Grosso, they meet Marcelo, an anthropologist friend of Sylvestre who will take them to an indigenous village. The boat trip is long and they need to stay overnight in the woods. The next day Karol paddle with her SUP to the meeting of the rivers Von den Stein and Xingu.

Karol and the team arrive, after a long journey, in the paradisiac Waurá tribe. In the tribe, Karol and team have unique experiences such as body painting, being part of rituals and traditional fights.

Karol and Sylvestre travel by plane from Rio de Janeiro to the city of São Gabriel da Cachoeira, on the banks of the Rio Negro. They descend a rapids and navigate the river visiting islands. Karol ventures with the SUP in the river until arriving at a small island in which there were paradisiacal waterfalls.

Karol arrives in a small village of 40 residents and there promotes a race of canoes among the residents. The race winners faced SUP's Karol and won after overtaking the corner. They went on a trip and arrived on a small island where a movie theater was operating in the 1930s.

Karol paddle with her SUP to the guide's house, where she meets the docile "Shakira" monkey. After playing with the little monkey, Karol and the team continue their journey along the river, and spend the night at Miguel's house, another guide.

Karol meets two ultralight pilots who take her and Sylvestre for a ride above the clouds. With the vehicle at their disposal, they stop in a small strip of paradisiacal sand. They bid farewell to the pilots and set off in search of some island to sleep, and find a perfect place in the middle of the woods.

The group arrives in the city of Barcelos, where they will make a long boat trip to Manaus. Arriving there, they go to the airport and spend the night flying to Macapá. In the capital of the state of Amapá, they know a historical fortress and the Zero Landmark, where the Ecuador Line passes. Karol fills the SUP and rows all day across the Amazon River.
