The routine in the Chapada Diamantina of the Vasconcelos family involves a lot of mountain biking and adventures in nature. Américo Pinheiro Junior was born and raised in Arraial do Cabo, where he lives with his family composed by his wife, Lena, a high performance athlete from SUP Race, and his sons Matheus, Kauai and Maui. In this episode, Américo practices with his children some of his favorite sports, from surfing to Jiu-jitsu, from stand-up paddle to apnea diving. The whole family also makes a beautiful trail to the top of the Old Lighthouse, one of the icons of Arraial do Cabo.
